Current tenants may have priority for available rentals under certain circumstances and at sole discretion of owner/management. Submitting an application in no way guarantees an apartment.

Applicants are processed on a first-come, first-served basis for re-rentals, in accordance with HPD guidelines and the Marketing Agent's written procedures regarding waitlists and internal transfers.

SJP Tax Consultants does not maintain a general waiting list and is not accepting requests for placement on a future waiting list. Applicants are only waitlisted for a specific apartment when that apartment is actively available and listed on this page.
